NABJ-SU and SAS will hold a special screening of the critically acclaimed documentary AMERICAN PROMISE.
The film explores the lives of two middle-class black families and the struggle of parenting & educating their sons. Since its release at the Sundance Film Festival, Directors Joe Brewster and Michèle Stephenson have continued to gain mass praise for their work, currently holding a 7.2/10 approval rating on IMDB .
